I’ve put together a collection within the learning environment that is perfect for those much needed calm moments. There are moments in every day that we need some quiet time. Especially if there are young children in the house.

23.01.2022 GASTRO ALERT Increased rates of gastro are being reported around town. Gastroenteritis outbreak Alert to be vigilant for symptoms of gastroenteritis in children... Reinforce basic hygiene measures, such as regular hand washing, to prevent the spread of infection Exclude sick children for at least 48 hours after their last symptoms The two most important things you can do if your child has gastro to break the chain and stop the spread are: WASH YOUR (and everyone in your household) HANDS FREQUENTLY with soap and water! KEEP your child home for 48 hours AFTER their last vomit and/or diarrhoea (typically diarrhoea will go on for longer than the vomiting). Why? Because your child can still be shedding the virus after the symptoms stop! I get, it can be so hard, especially if you are a working parent. But it is key to stop the spread! I am Jo owner , creator of my little Family Day Care business, I have been operating since 2010 prior that I was working in centre base day care I know that successful children become successful adults. This is my 25th year working within the child care industry So far, all ages are my favorite to teach and guide! I am fully qualified with my Certificate 3 plus Diploma in Children's Servic...es , I have current first aid qualifications, blue card. I have 2 daughters who are 7 years apart and happily Engaged to my partner. I am a lover of animals any type really, I love the colours Pink, Black and White, I love jewellery, My favourite flowers are Frangapinis and Sunflowers, Family is important to me, I love the beach and being by the water and on the water and love going out boating fishing in lure of reef fish my fav fish to eat, I am Ocd i like a clean home a clean environment, I love love Chocolate Ferro Rocheros , Love hot chocolate for a morning drink hate Coffee cannot stand the smell of it , love love frozen cokes , I dont mind a Cocktail or 2 when dining out or a Vodka , I love being pampered love having a massage , getting my nails done ,i dont tolerate lying , i wear my heart on my sleeve type person, I cannot stand people who break the law or people who are Fake i am very Storch in my views and if I see something that is wrong I will voice it. and I love nothing more then to spend my weekends time off doing fun things with my family and close Friends and spending quality time with them. And most of all I love children they are like sponges they absorb so much and can teach us so much also i wouldn't have it any other way working with people i love and that is the children in my care :)))) I am excited to continue in the child care field and working from home with all my little charges that come into my care some just become part of the family really ;) See more
