22.01.2022 UPDATE Big thank you to everyone who took the time to make contact and share the post A carer has been found and Mumma is now in foster care getting settled ...for the impending birth in next week We will of course update everyone when pups have arrived Thanks everyone URGENT SOS FOR OUR SAS ARMY We have just been contacted by a Sydney pound to see if we can take this friendly, sweet mumma into our care asap so that she can give birth to her family in a calm, quiet, loving home environment Can we do this? Yes we can!! Please contact us asap via DM or email [email protected] if you are able to assist us help this mum Foster home criteria a home with no other animals. Mum has a loving nature however we are unsure of how mum is with other dogs and it would be unfair to test Mum when she is so close to giving birth and her hormones are in overdrive a carer with previous experience with whelping and raising large breed pups preferred. We will of course provide support but an experienced carer is preferred if possible. a home where mum will be permitted to sleep inside in a quiet warm area of the home with access to a secure small yard/courtyard and be part of the family. no young children. A foster home with older children will be considered. a carer committed for 12 weeks care for mum and pups with our support. a carer where someone is home more often than not as you can see Mum is pretty close to giving birth. a carer who is a good communicator who will keep us updated and will answer messages and keep any vet appointments organised for mum and pups a carer with a car and located within approximately 40 mins or so drive of our rescue vet at Beverly Hills in Sydney We will of course provide any support needed including vet treatment at our expense, food etc . If you are unable to help us by taking Mum in then you can still help us help Mum by sharing this post. Thank you
