23.01.2022 Great fun taking the U/13 & U/15 netball teams for training at the gym tonight...they did a great job and even had a few girls say ‘that was fun’. If we can introduce kids into exercise like this (at a level and intensity that is suitable for their age) and make it a positive experience then it’s all worth it (thankyou Sam for giving me a hand tonight)
