17.01.2022 I went to Tassie for the first time recently and wondered why it has taken me so long to spend time in this wonderful place! What a fabulous state!! Great, great people, fantastic original architecture and amazing fresh local produce. Wine, cheese, seafood, whisky, honey, meat and fruit, including apples like Ive never tasted. It was all so real and so beautiful. We stayed at the @moss.hotel, a wonderfully refurbished hotel set in a heritage building originally built in the mid 1800s as a warehouse for traders, stores and taverns.
