It was great to see such a top event run in times like this! The horses were on point with coming in fresh from some extended time off! Novice A Kara zorel owned by Geoff Redmond won the 1st round and just missing a place in the final. Toonga hustle and that chic tess just missing the final by 1 point. Maiden A Kara zorel finaled Maiden B Harrys Destiny owned by Terry and Robyn Hanigan =3 1st round Harrys Destiny 2nd place overall Branchvale VIP owned by charpolly partnership finaled The cattle were outstanding with all 6 horses we took running outside scores. It’s quality cattle like them that make for great drafting. A big thankyou also to the owners of the horses who trust us to draft them.

16.01.2022 THERE IS A SAYING..... You need a good foundation to start with and everything after will be better!! That is what we apply with all the breakers that we do! ... And I should of used that same rule with the arena!! When we moved here in April 2019 we had horses booked in and rushed the arena! We didn’t put a solid foundation down (the base). So in a short time with the wet weather the black soil ate it up! But the other saying is... YOU GET OUT WHAT YOU PUT IN! And as we take care of everyone’s horse as if they are our own we have resurfaced the arena to keep the horses comfortable and safe when being worked!

05.01.2022 HELPS BEING HANDLED! Day 3 of being broken in! Here is a beautiful filly on her 3rd day of being broken in. ... She had the time spent on her at weaning and as a yearling. This has made the filly into a sensible easy horse in a thinking frame of mind! This filly we purchased for a client from the Banshee stud from there great lineup of horses they had in the Nutrien select sale. She came off the oats crop on the weekend and has settled in nicely. She will be a good little contender for the 2yo incentive.
