10.01.2022 Mirella was turning 50 and her family wanted to surprise her. To help with the days celebrations I created a beautiful 2 tiered Gluten Free Orange and Almond cake with a lemon curd filling , crumb coated with white chocolate ganache covered with an Italian meringue buttercream finish. Topped with a custom topper from Communicake It thanks to Bianca and fresh ranunculus

06.01.2022 On Saturday 27th April, the gorgeous Lisa and the handsome Joey stood in front of 80 of their closest friends and family and said " I DO " A 3 tiered Semi-naked cake stood resplendent in the middle of the reception room and was only over shadowed when the bride - Lisa entered the room, setting the mood for an evening of casual elegance.... Thanks to Bianca Mediati from Communicake It for creating the amazing topper. Thanks also to Felicity Marsh-Robinson from Flick's Sweet Spot for her amazing eye for detail creating the custom Heart cookie cutter and embossing stamp.
