As buyers back then we warmed to Jonathan & soon realised how genuine & honest he was. We had fallen in love with the house & Jonathan really helped us secure the property at a price that suited everyone! Sixteen wonderful years followed living in our beautiful Clareville house! Two years ago we decided to leave Sydney to "Escape to the Country" bu...t didn't want to part with our beautiful house. We called Jonathan and he came over with his rental colleague to advise us. Jonathan valued the house for us verbally but didn't try to persuade us to sell! He found great tenants for us & managed our house fabulously for the next two years. As life in the country suited us well and we finally needed to sell to release our capital, we of course contacted Jonathan again. It was a very scary, difficult time with the Covid-19 restrictions & life being so uncertain. We truly thought we'd chosen a terrible time to sell but Jonathan gently explained the current market forces to us and reassured us that we would find the right buyer at the right price quickly. After assessing the house for us Jonathan suggested that investing in a little cosmetic make over & having the house styled would greatly enhance the selling potential of the house. To agree to this expenditure, I had to take a huge leap of faith, but Jonathan's advice, his in-depth knowledge of the selling process & how best to achieve the potential worth of any house, he made this decision easy. His hard work & attention to detail during the makeover was amazing, he visited the house almost daily! The marketing package Jonathan suggested for us was first class, the styling together with the photography & presentation on the internet saw well over a hundred groups of people view the house in person. As well as open times Jonathan showed many people through on private inspections. His communication throughout the selling campaign was excellent & he had a great ability to keep me calm as the auction approached! The auction was extremely successful.
