24.01.2022 Timely catchup! A recent chat with Kate and the @nf_foundation about the financial support/grant the Fitzsimons provided me for the purchase of my tandem bike which is such an important (and expensive!) piece of equipment in Paratriathlon. Kate and I also reflected on the many challenges I’ve faced over my life, the impacts these experiences had on my mental health and how I’ve managed to overcome them and even excel with the goals I have strived to achieve even in the face ...of adversity.
