La Niña typically brings above-average rainfall to eastern Australia during summer, but since a weak event is expected, it will likely have less influence on Australian rainfall. La Niña may also mean prolonged warm spells in southeast Australia!

It’s our aim to maintain our services to customers who require emergency water, storm, fire and smoke damage and tenants requiring end of lease cleaning of carpets and pest management. The safety of our customers and our staff is always our priority. To navigate the next few months and to minimise any negative consequences of COVID19 (Coronavirus) we’ve implemented a few extra very important processes. Before attending ...your property, we will be asking several questions, so please let us know if - 1. You have returned from or been in contact with anyone returning from overseas within the past 14 days 2. Have been in contact with someone with COVID -19 (Coronavirus) within the last 14 days or you have symptoms of, or confirmed COVID -19 3. Are in self isolation due to compromised health issues (we will ensure our technicians wear full PPE for your protection) 4. We’ve asked staff to stay at home (self-quarantine) if they’ve had contact with anyone with COVID 19 (Coronavirus) or who has travelled internationally within the last 14 days 5. All technicians will have available masks / PPE equipment, disposable suits, gloves and hand sanitiser for use on site 6. If requested by you the customer technicians will happily wear gloves, and masks 7. Jones and Co Restoration will not enter the property of isolated or quarantined persons without due care, to protect the community and our other customers alike 8. We ask you have hand washing facilities available for our technicians, soap and running water 9. Our team will be practicing social distancing with our customers. You’ll notice our technicians staying 1.5m away from you and will greet you with a welcome hello; avoiding our usual handshake 10. We’ve ramped up the cleaning of all our vehicles and all technicians have been apprised of the need for personal hygiene i.e. frequent hand washing #COVID19 #CORONAVIRUS
