12.01.2022 Here at the Jones Park Leagues Club we had a great revelation this week. Having sat here and enjoyed the good Aussie meals for three weeks, I realised that the flavours were not remotely close to those delivered from the French food our chef achieves by cooking even basic French cuisine. The absolute explosion of flavours are just too impressive to not share with our patrons and guests here in Cairns... SO, our chef will still have available good Aussie food BUT will also be ...introducing his very own french menu. A menu that has no restrictions on flavours or changes. Each week Tristan will offer some of his traditional dishes as a special offer; it will change at will, and will never disappoint. This new direction with our menus will change as often as the chef’s visa does. French now, German soon, Austrian later, and the list will just go on. One thing that will remain each change, will be the desire to chase those fantastic European flavours. See you here very soon Bown appetite Phil
