10.01.2022 Tonight we roasted 7 different varieties of potatoes for comparison. Each potato was scrubbed, cut into 3cm pieces, par-boiled, dredged through a mix of Weyhill Farms rosemary garlic salt and Mt Zero olive oil, roasted for 40 minutes in a 200oC oven.

06.01.2022 Abbotsford Farmers Market has been relocated this Saturday to Alphington. The address is 2 Wingrove Street, right behind Alphington Station. Its a couple of km northeast of the convent. Entry is free and parking is easy. Jones Potatoes will be there with an extra-large load of fresh spuds. See you on Saturday!

04.01.2022 Gordon at twilight loading the truck with 5kg bags for Gasworks market. All of the spuds were in the ground less than 2 days ago, so each 5kg bag can be stored in a cool dark place for 4-5 weeks or longer. See you in the morning.
