STAY:- This beautifully renovated 1920's home which is located on the Cadbury Peninsula has 4 bedrooms (3x queen beds - 1x double bed) & 2 bathrooms, sleeping 8 people!... Five years ago the complete house was modernised to a high standard, from the minute you step inside you will see the quality. The two double bedrooms are complete with built in robes, 32" televisions & dvd players. Master bedroom features walk in robe, ensuite & sliding door to the deck area. Fourth bedroom is located downstairs, with a separate wardrobe and toilet/vanity. All beds are fitted with electric blankets. Main bathroom has a double shower / double vanity and toilet, also a heated towel rail. The kitchen / dining / living areas are open plan, the kitchen is equipped with Bosch stainless steel appliances and stone bench tops. The living areas feature 3 black leather sofa's that would seat 8, HUGE 65" LG plasma, complete with Foxtel/DVD player/Surround sound, sliding door leading to the desk area. The wrap around deck features polished concrete with glass balustrades for uninterrupted views over the Derwent River and the local bowling green which is over the back fence! There is also a modern outdoor lounge area with an electric BBQ and patio heater. There is an automatic rear gate for security and vehicle access to the double garage under the house. Also under the home located in the garage is a fully equipped laundry with a washing machine / clothes dryer plus an extra toilet / hand basin.
