24.01.2022 This post really resonates and I’d like to add, even when life is amazing, we can all have Triggers pop up which can send us into a spin, old dimensions reactivating and we wonder why we don’t feel ourselves or can’t seem to move forward. 06.01.2022 Stunning Sunset today at Mount Timbeerwah. We went up to do a little intention setting ceremony for Solstice and Nature connect . I’m so stoked to be back in the clinic, newly inspired and operating from an expanded space after going through Spiral with Sand during the lockdown, a time I found really difficult losing all my work and getting thrust into role as teacher, though there were many blessings in it all. 05.01.2022 What a cracker of a storm last night here on the Coast! This morning, clear skies. It’s a good Metaphor for life, all storms pass eventually. The most optimal place to sit is right in the middle as the observer, not fighting, not resisting just observing, aligning with Spirit, knowing ‘This too shall pass’.... If you can’t quite get there and something is triggered up, remember that can be looked at and cleared and that’s what I’m here for. To hold space for you to clear up what ever needs clearing so you can go back to being the observer. You can’t change other people, you can’t change outside circumstance, but you can shift your internal world, perception and reality to create peace and lasting change

04.01.2022 Hi guys (:> Exciting news, I’m Now offering online sessions for my existing clients ( or if you’ve worked directly with my Wife Sand online ). I’ve had some big shifts in paradigm around working online this year and am prepared for another lockdown if it happens again, feels exciting and empowering a) to know my business won’t die and b) that I can still support my people if they need help ... So if you’ve worked with me but are now far away, we can still work together, yay (:>! Exciting! It started when a friend and fellow practitioner reached out to me earlier this year ( pre lockdown ) when they were stuck in a spot overseas and feeling very energetically WHACK. They couldn’t quite shift it themselves and reached out. We were able to look at and clear up what had been triggered up along with the interference active, get them back in the body and moving forward on the journey and out of that spot. Since then I’ve done more training, seen great results and it’s just time! It’s expansion and inner power time!

03.01.2022 I am so heartened this week to have had many beautiful men come along to look at and clear up their stuff! A 50/50 split in fact which is AWESOME as it’s normally mainly women that I work with . It’s heartening to see more men waking up, stepping up and creating changes, when we all look at our stuff we can move forward as an integrated whole! I am here to help facilitate that process for who ever is ready for and in alignment with the work I do. The reality is, when people come along ready and willing to see and clear their stuff and make changes, positive changes happen, they can’t not!! 02.01.2022 Today I was walking to my local Cafe in Mount Coolum, the Sky is Blue, the sun is bright, life is flowing. I dropped into deep breathing on my walk, out of mind and felt into the nature around, it felt so happy, I noticed wildlife is the little creek nearby and then wildlife EVERYWHERE. I got a message to pass on from Mother Mature that she is So Happy! Happy we’ve slowed down, happy we’ve started caring more and happy we’re not polluting as much. A genuine feeling of this ...slow down is WHAT I NEED. I was shown all the planes on the ground and the immense rest from emissions and other invisible effects of so much flight in the old paradigm. This effect is Amplified in Europe, America and Asia yet connects across the whole globe. Just wanted to pass on that love and that message that that NOW is a powerful and easy time to all up our looking after nature game, emissions and it’s easy to ‘clean up’ whilst things are still. 01.01.2022 In these Crazy times, The only way is in. There’s so much wobble ‘Out there’ we’ve got to build our inner resilience, connect with Our Spirit and find the calm inside so we can be the observer inside the eye of the Storm instead of swept into it! It literally is like a giant big storm of uncertainty washing over humanity right now yet an unprecedented time of change and growth I believe. Now is a great to engage or learn practices which connect you deeply inside, meditation,... yoga, mindfulness, Conscious breathing, Chi Gong- all things I personally enjoy and there’s many other great tools out there to connect inside and shift your state. If you’ve got bigger stuff active you’re having trouble shifting yourself there’s therapists like me and many others who can hold space to help you. Nothing has to stay how it is and even if you can’t change the thing ‘out there’ you can change your action to it. I know, I see it daily and have experience myself paradigm shifts myself through this life! Sometimes it takes time and persistence and others it can shift in the blink of an eye. Most of all. Don’t give up! The World needs YOU!
