At deep hip flexion and internal rotation of the stance leg you’re forced to extend the hip and (somewhat) externally rotate the hip. This makes it all glutes!!!... 08.01.2022 Swimmers, surfers and paddlers alike - having a banged up neck is a given when your shoulder and thoracic spine don’t stabilise or move effectively. Here’s a great one that incorporates all of the above. Cueing - push hand and elbow into the floor, drive extension through the mid back DON’T hinge on your lower back! Then add neck rotation in by turning your head left and right (think neck rotation for breathing in swimming and looking at a wave when paddling)... Guaranteed game changer @18secondsmagazine
