25.01.2022 Ceramic coated high compression pistons for an upcoming build.

25.01.2022 Printing out the steps harness boxes. 3 hours in.... 9 hours to go.

25.01.2022 Its never nice to wake up to an inactive website..... basically when we changed our company name someone didn't tick a box and has caused a few issues. It is all under control now but our website will be down for 2-4 hours. We can't access the back end either so we are just sitting and waiting......... I hate technology

24.01.2022 Some Digital Guard Dawg key less start goodies come in today. Website will be updated tomorrow with stock and pricing. Due to a poor and consistently changing Australian dollar, we will have to adjust pricing per batch we order. ... Retail $485AUD plus shipping

24.01.2022 Look what's back in stock!

22.01.2022 14 hours down @ 43% completed..... I think the estimate of 17 hours is way off. If anyone is keen on some 3d printer or some cnc stuff, hit up David from @cnc3dau

22.01.2022 We all know that feeling of putting your gloves on only to realise that your keys are still in your pocket. Well we have you covered with this Digital Guard Dawg keyless ignition system. Never need your keys again!

21.01.2022 A little while ago my parents hit me up to design and make swan plate for the mudflaps on their retirement caravan They got delivered from profile cutting today and they turned out way better than expected. They are mirror finish stainless and that reflection is the roof and wall in our office.

21.01.2022 1 happy customer sent me some pictures of their 23" front wheel conversion today. Yes the speedo still works with our wheel conversion. Yes its super easy to fit.... Yes it is only $1300.

20.01.2022 Woo hoo! We are back online baby.... www.justifiedcruisercustoms.com.au

20.01.2022 Mucked around with some more editing on our Road King Bars install time laps from our gopro footage.

20.01.2022 Brand new Yamaha Roadliner off the showroom floor in for a set of 2" highballs and a set of EVEN-FLO 2" Custom stainless exhaust ceramic coated black. 1900cc of pure awesomeness! I had the pleasure of taking it for a test ride and I'm in love with it, the bike has plenty of power and for a 300kg+ bike, it is so well weighted that it felt lighter than my XVS1100.

20.01.2022 What's going on at the shop today and the rest of this week? Today we are doing the final checks on a roadliner build, the rest of the 21" & 23" wheel orders are getting packed and shipped out. Setting up our new plasma cutter and designing a cnc table for it. Making a massive batch of lowering blocks because you guys love them so much and we ran out.... Packing 700 plates that just come in from powder coating into their kits and shipping them out plus a shit load more I've probably not mentioned. And on Friday we are going to pick up our cnc turret lathe..... its going to be another busy week here.

18.01.2022 We just made a fresh batch of Adjustable lowering Links to suit your XVS1100, XVS1300, Yamaha Stryker. These are fully adjustable to any height from stock all the way to 4" lower than stock. Adjustment is simple with left and right hand threads and you don't even need to remove any bolts when making the adjustment.

18.01.2022 Lids are done..... bottoms are on a 17 hour print

17.01.2022 Spring is just around the corner and so is this springer front end from Meat-Balls V-Twin & Custom Cycle Parts that we are converting to fit a XVS650 build we are doing..... This is gonna be awesome... Huge shout out to the team at Burleigh Bars Australia for pointing me in the right direction.

17.01.2022 Its been a busy 2 weeks here in the shop with plenty going on. First off, Nicole has been off for the past few weeks with sick kids and one being in hospital so our office has been anattended. We are expecting her back on Tuesday so please be patient while she gets back to emails etc.... Now on to the workshop.... Will and I have been busting our ass to increase our production with a massive amount of stock about to hit the shelves. Our XVS650 Tail tidy is now back in stock with 45 units about to hit the shelf. XVS650 4" & 6" Extension kits 40 kits each. Our XVS650 Drop Bear Pod Kits.... unfilter is flat out trying to keep up with us so we are making some more dies for them so they can make more filters quicker.... we are doing an order with them every 2 weeks at the moment. Fork tube extensions we have 75 of them in various sizes all machined up and ready to polish. On top of all that, we are rearranging the workshop to fit in our new CNC machines. Its short term pain for long term gain with this one and its really painful having some down time to move stuff around. There is a lot of other stock hitting the shelf too, way to much to list here.

16.01.2022 New toys on a Friday morning 415v plasma cutter, clean cut up to 30mm plate and has a gouging function. Eventually we will set this up on a cnc table and start cutting some components in house, mainly used to speed up our prototype process though.

16.01.2022 New stock Just in today.... 21" single disc black and chrome to suit xvs650. 23" twin disc chrome to suit xvs1100. Doing test fitting next week.

15.01.2022 We have started getting our orders of 21" & 23" wheels out the door but I have made a mistake when updating our drawings when we went to a new supplier. Long story short, we are all over it, those who's wheels have already been sent, we will send out the replacement parts on Monday. Those whos I've held back till I could get the mistake fixed up and test fitted, your wheels will go out Monday/Tuesday.... For now just enjoy this photo of the test fitting this afternoon.

15.01.2022 Checking out some new products. @renegadeproducts.com.au sent us some samples to check out.... watch this space because we have some old shitty parts laying around to put these through their paces. If we like them, we will be getting some on the shelves along with some other products like the Money Shot Snow Foam and Quick detail.... #teamrenagade

14.01.2022 1 plug n play steps harness ready to go...... on 23 to go

13.01.2022 Here's a throw back to when we made everything by hand because we didn't own any machinery..... Well...... we had just started buying machinery anyway

11.01.2022 Nice way to finish off the week fitting up a set of 8" 1 1/4 Western Bars from @burleighbarsaustralia on this 1700cc Mean Streak.... very happy with how it turned out

11.01.2022 What's in the box @unimig

10.01.2022 Ever wonder how a set of Grim Reapers are born..... Well there's a lot of this Whipping up a set for an XVS650 This week.... In other news, Nicole will be back tomorrow after over 2 weeks off. All I ask is that you don't swamp her with calls straight up while she works through emails etc. She will get back to each and every one of you as soon as she can.

08.01.2022 Now a have a little time up my sleeve waiting on other parts, we are back onto doing our own bobber kits. Time to bring the bobber into the 21st century.

07.01.2022 Hands down this is the cleanest XVS650 we have had the pleasure of working on, for a 2012 model, you'd be forgiven for thinking it was brand new.... This one was a simple job fitting up a Drop Bear Big Air Kit and a Dragin Balls Lowering block.

06.01.2022 This is also relevant when comparing quotes.... both will do the exact same job but only one is superior in quality. Also do your research on parts quoted on, all parts are not created equal.

06.01.2022 Our new work shirts got delivered yesterday with the name change on them A huge shout out to the team at BLAM Printing They supply all our shirts and stubbie holders.... Why do we use blam printing... the simple fact is they are local and they print make all their stubbie holders, bar mats etc in their factory and we love supporting locals.

05.01.2022 Just because we are quiet, doesn't mean we haven't been super busy behind the scenes. After a really rough start with our stryker tail tidy and now we have new technologies available to us in our workshop, we have been developing Version 2.0. To all you guys who made preorders of the Version 1, they are ready to go but Nicole will be sending out an update about our Version 2.0 if you guys want to have that one instead. ... Keep an eye on your emails.

05.01.2022 Oh wow! 4 years has flown, we have been so busy that I didnt even realise it was our anniversary date. All I can say is if this shit was easy, everyone would do it.... Thanks to everyone who has supported us over the past 4 years and a even bigger thanks to everyone who supported us pre 2016, you guys helped take it from a "silly hobby" to what we are today...... The largest manufacturer of Certified Australian Made Motorcycle Parts.

03.01.2022 With a little bit of effort and a lot of experience lifting uneven awkward loads in a past life, our new cnc lathe is out of @mscmoto workshop and we are on our way back to the JCC shop and get this bad boy off.

02.01.2022 Loving this new CR10S PRO V2 printer that we just upgraded from our Ender3. Massive 300x300x400 print area. Not to sure why the camera exaggerates the fan noise but this thing is super quiet.

01.01.2022 This thing sounds killer now. Out for a test ride after fitting up a set of 2" highballs from @burleighbarsaustralia and a set of our very own EVEN-FLO 2" custom stainless exhaust. It is so comfy I just wanted to keep riding it..... definatly going to be some smiles per gallon on this puppy

01.01.2022 Well..... its in the front door. Now we just need to work out where to put it @ Justified Cruiser Customs

01.01.2022 Um....... yea. Happy Sunday peeps.
