22.01.2022 Joondalup Brothers are now calling for coach nominations for junior and senior coaching positions for the 2021 season. Joondalup Brothers Rugby Union Football ...Club, based at Joondalup Arena, is a Premier Grade club fielding Premier, Colts, 2nds, 3rds & 4th grade teams along with junior teams from U6's through to U18's. Boasting outstanding facilities, a very strong junior program and large supporter base, Joondalup Brothers is a young club that’s enjoyed modest success over recent years across all grades & age groups. Brothers have Premier & Reserve Grade coaching opportunities for suitable candidates. Brothers are also seeking applications for Coaches and Managers for positions in our junior and senior teams for the 2021 season. Joondalup Brothers RUFC is an extremely supportive environment with a family feel. The club is characterised by an international mix of players, coaches, administrators and spectators with all welcome. Brothers boast a genuine pathway for all our coaches that takes you through juniors into seniors along with opportunities to coach within our clubs junior & senior academy programs. The 2020 season saw the club launch its in house Coach Education program and coaching network that supported and assisted in the development of our coaches. 21.01.2022 2021 Seniors Coaching Group We are excited to announce the appointment of Antonio Gerber as Premier Grade assistant coach working alongside Head Coach Adam Munr...o. Antonio has been the clubs Reserve Grade Head coach for the past few years and guided the team to a Division 2 title in 2019 and a Division 1 top 4 finish in 2020. Its exciting times to see more of our clubs coaching talent come through the ranks and is testament to the pathway & development the club offers said Director of Rugby Dave Wells. Antonio is a hard working coach, a real student of the game and his promotion into the Premier Grade coaching ranks was well deserved Wells added. I’ve worked with Antonio over the past few season Prems Head coach Adam Munro said, I’m excited to continue to work alongside Antonio over the coming season, his passion and enthusiasm is an asset to our set up. Brothers Colts will be once again led by Connor McDougall while our Under 18’s will be led by Denis Skillen. Both coaches have tasted premiership success and are excited for the season ahead. McDougall will be looking to repeat last year’s premiership success while Skillen will be looking to go one better after narrowly missing out on the 2020 title. Long serving 3rd Grade coach Will Harrington returns to lead our 3rd Grade side, we have some unfinished business having been very close over the past few seasons, the playing group is hungry and keen to go all the way this year. We are in the process of reviewing & appointing our Reserve Grade coaching group.

15.01.2022 A fantastic season for our seniors in which all 4 teams made the semi finals. Our Ressies, Thirds and Colts played in the division 1 final series and our prems ...just falling short for Division 1, instead contesting the division 2 finals series. 3 of the teams made it through to the big dance with our Colts taking out the Premiership for the first time in the clubs history.
