And this weekend, our incredible team of private midwives will be joining over 1,100 walkers, taking part in the Ronald Macdonald House Charities overnight marathon! These women are a valuable asset to our private maternity ward and we wish them all the very best in their 42km quest to raise money for charity. 16.01.2022 British television journalist and best-selling author Dr Michael Mosley has thrown his weight behind the ORIGINS Project, the largest study of its kind in Australia. Following 10,000 families over a decade the unique long-term study aims to improve child and adult health. It is one of the most comprehensive studies of pregnant women and their families in Australia and is recruiting families who are receiving pregnancy care or planning to deliver their baby at Joondalup Health Campus Public & Private, as well as families from the Joondalup and Wanneroo communities.
