We have been providing Plumbing Maintenance Services to the City of Joondalup since its inception and to various local businesses & private households for the past 31 years. Spring is here, and its a good idea to make sure your plumbing is in good working order while youre busy spring cleaning. Heres a list of things you should check if its been a while: Pipes-if you have a higher than normal water bill, you might have a burst pipe. It can be found using our electronic leak detector and then repaired Drains- blocked drains should be cleaned using high speed jet wash c...leaning (or repaired). A drain camera can be used to locate problem areas in drains (eg. tree roots, blockages, rubble, breaks) Taps and toilet cisterns - may need to be repaired or replaced Hot water units (both gas and electric)- may need to be serviced, repaired or replaced Gas installations- may be faulty Active leaks Signs of corrosion Water pressure Valves If you need a hand with anything, or find any problems, contact us!
