04.01.2022 Hi all, this week I have spoken to quite a few people - the amount of fear, anxiety and confusion has been worrying. CHILL people! Turn OFF the TV. The media is feeding your emotional state with FEAR PORN! Yes, some things suck at the moment, but there is a lot of good thing happening underneath and behind the scenes. Lots of good stuff is out there publically IF you are prepared to look for it. The not so good stuff will be over and things will be so much better - TRUST!!!... Stay positive, not easy but YOU CAN. Try Gratitude - there is much we CAN be thankful for. This too shall pass. See more
