18.01.2022 Hi Ladies, In the interest of keeping our fabulous little fit fam healthy please listen up This all goes without saying but if you have travelled overseas in the last 14 days or if you are feeling sick ( especially if you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms) please think of others and treat yourself to a rest day. We want to keep our gals (and our equipment) as germ free & hygienic as possible.... Please also ensure you are bringing YOUR OWN mat to sessions. Thanks ladies Let’s go kick some COVID-19 butt

17.01.2022 JR Fitness Virtual Bootcamp Ok ladies (and MEN) listen up. As promised here are the details for our Virtual Bootcamp to keep our bodies & minds healthy throughout this crazy time.... The cost will be $15 weekly and will include 3 LIVE bodyweight sessions as per our normal timetable. It will also include 2 equipment based sessions which will pre recorded & uploaded as a pdf for those who have equipment at home already. If you have lost your job, please inbox me privately and I will add you to the group for free to help you out during this time. The live sessions will be uploaded so if you are not able to make a session, you still have to option to complete the workout in your own time. In saying that, I strongly suggest if you can join when they are scheduled, then DO IT! This is a great way to be held accountable, catch up with each other, have a laugh and get in a good sweat sesh. Sessions will be done through the ZOOM APP which you can download on your smartphone , tablet or laptop. Sessions will be approx 45 mins long. There will also be a Facebook group for those who choose to participant in our Virtual Bootcamp sessions. More details will follow - Just trying to wrap my head around it all and get it organised Let me know if you are keen, and I will add you to the group

15.01.2022 It is with a heavy heart that I have made the tough decision to postpone bootcamp tonight, and any sessions in the foreseeable future. I am very sorry/sad to have to make this decision however it is what I am most comfortable with to ensure the safety and health of not only ourselves, but our family, friends and workmates as well. All prepaid sessions will be honoured once we return back to bootcamp after this crazy ride. HOWEVER as I believe it is crucial that we are keeping our bodies moving to ensure our mental health and immunity is kept up during this crazy time, I will have virtual training option COMING VERY SOON. This option will enable us to train and interreact TOGETHER from the comfort of our own homes. Watch this space for more info regarding our virtual sessions. Stay happy & healthy

Girls/guys struggling with their body image because we so desperately want to achieve abs (or any sort of appearance goal for that matter) this is so worth watching.
