25.01.2022 I come across so many people who over complicate fat loss. Cue the unsustainable and quick diets! These are great if you want to live a life of restrictions that will likely lead to binge eating. How about a diet that you can stick to forever, because it includes your favourite foods? In other words, how about we dont diet! Just look at your overall food intake and figure out where you can cut back and use portion control. Practice good habits that will set you up for lifelong success and maintain a healthy relationship with food!

22.01.2022 Like many others, my training went to shit throughout iso. Its still pretty shit to be honest. Which is totally fine, but sometimes getting back into it can feel tricky. My current program is super basic. Slowly regaining some muscle to begin, then Ill move into some more strength work. Im using moderate reps, conservative weight and really focusing on getting my body used to these movements with a barbell again. If youre coming back to the gym after weeks (or months) off..., starting with a super high volume with 20 different exercises per day using advanced methods is not smart. Starting conservative, mastering your technique and leaving yourself space to grow IS smart. I promise if you do this properly you will still results Theres no ego in my gym.

20.01.2022 Many underestimate the power of resistance training! It is super important (not just for booty growth ), to strengthen your bones and body. I know that I want to be able to move well and with ease when Im older! Lean muscle gain can result in weight loss and make it a lot easier to keep the weight off in the long run. So if youre a cardio bunny I highly recommend including 2-3 resistance sessions within your weekly training routine, just watch what happens! PS one on one personal training is still available

19.01.2022 I love the strength and stability of working on zero springs! Your core is exactly that, the core of your body that needs to be stabilised and switched on for every single movement that you do. It needs to be worked in a wide range of ways (say goodbye to 100s of crunches and hello to static holds and extensions)
