14.01.2022 MOTIVATIONAL SUNDAY This beautiful lady come to me with a goal to lose a bit of weight for her stunning dress, and tone up just 10 weeks out from marrying her best friend! At that point, she could only commit to one session per week with me. 6 weeks out we increased to x3 sessions per week. She worked SO hard every single session, and her hard work has paid off!!! She looked absolutely amazing on her wedding day and more importantly, felt on top of the world. I am so proud and love the friendship we’ve built in our short time of getting to know each other! Time for a bit of R&R and enjoy being a Mrs! Cannot wait to see her when she’s back! #happymonday tomorrow! Let’s make the most of our week!!!
