Prior to this I had no history of team sports and even forged sick notes for P.E to avoid class ...... Then why did I start? I wanted abs and to get a girl back but from that very superficial beginning spawned a love and respect for the fitness world. Watching and reading all the content I could find and eventually leading to where I am today. ... Why am I telling you this? With Rice and Pasta being the two main carb sources that tend to get overeaten. ...
