06.01.2022 Proud of you all. Everyone feeling a little pre christmas weary, but still gave their all for the end of term assessment. 2 classes till term break but will have a few holiday sessions. Drinks at the Windy Mile after class on Monday night to celebrate the end of another dedicated year of hard work and fun.

04.01.2022 Last week of school holiday then back to normal classes. This week Thurs 7th July 730 pm Sat 9th July 8 am... Next week back with monday class and running group. Don't wish for it, work for it.

03.01.2022 Gee I haven't posted anything for a long time.... Loving my new job during the day and continue to absolutely love out outdoor group training with a bunch of down to earth, caring, funny, genuine people that inspire me. Very enjoyable run tonight, thanks gang!!! I think it is the best course at this time of year. Jo's Fun Fitness continues classes on - Monday 730pm... Tuedays 7pm running group Thursday 730pm Saturday 8am Stay healthy and happy!!! Jo x
