10.01.2022 Meanwhile, en France! Our very first Foudre is being made. A Foudre is a large oak vat used for maturing, storing or transporting wine. We will be using these to store reserve wines for use in our traditional method Sparklings, and plan to commission one every year for the next few years. This one is due to arrive January - you bet we're excited!
