23.01.2022 The intro in this article grabbed my attention so I spontaneously clicked. Spontaneity is whole heartedly embraced and supported in gestalt practice. It enlivens and unearths new awareness and experiences of connection with others and our environment. To quote Alda Merini, a poet who suffered with what was called psychotic experiences, "Pain is nothing but the surprise of not knowing each other"... When I finish work today, with my brush and pens I will end up somewhere.......I know not where! Joy!
