The winners of our $5.5k Wedding Photography Giveaway These two lovebirds recently tied the knot at the beautiful Jos...ephine's Restaurant at The Briars surrounded by their loved ones <3 As I was completely bedridden sick at the time the amazing Marcel Van der Horst came to the rescue and photographed their entire day for us. 03.01.2022 I would like to thank everyone for their loyal patronage here at Josephine’s. sadly due to councils incompetence, it appears this Sunday, the 28th of June will ...be our last day, though they haven't officially advised us of that yet. Left hanging yet again right to the very end. We have endeavoured to provide a lovely restaurant and wedding function facility for all in the local community and abroad. However the council appear to be more interested in who has the most money to improve the facilities going forward and not caring and providing for the community. This sadly has meant not only the end of this restaurant, but also the end of all my fantastic loyal staff who have worked tirelessly to grow this business. I would also like to put a special big shout out and thank you to both Dave and Zarn who have given their all to this place and have made it the fantastic place that it is. If you are disappointed and disgusted with how we've been treated by the Mornington Peninsula Shire , please feel free to share this post with all your friends. Finally I would like to give a big thank you to all who have been associated with us in one way or another. The friendships we have made along the way will be treasured forever.
