25.01.2022 Just finished a 6.2 metre by 3metre Merbau deck, cypress pine posts treated pine subframe all screwed off with stainless steel screws. Customised steps integrated with the original deck. We also install the pool glass thanks for the great work by Anthony R. Another happy customer!

The place was falling apart when we came, now the client has ra renovated bathroom, kitchen, new floor repainting throughout . Have you heard the expression " turning a sows ear into a silk purse"? 23.01.2022 A client in Officer has had some serious shower leaking in his first floor. A very dodgy job done by the previous builder who built the home. We have removed all the structural rott, replaced it with solid timber. Then strengthened the sub floor. Customised a niche and re lined the walls with aquachek plaster and the floor with yellow tongue and tile underlay ready for the Tiler. The process from here is a primer on the floor a waterproofing on top of that full stop once that...s cured the screeding will go down to ensure as a consistent fall to the waste. Once this is done 3 coats of waterproofing membrane on top of the screeding. All the walls waterproofed as per Australian standards 3740. New tiles to floor with a matt finish non-slip. New tiles to the wall 600 by 300 mm semi-gloss . grouted and caulked. The plumbing to be refitted and new shower screen to complete the job. See the demolition and progress photos to date. See more

12.01.2022 Another good transformation, this time it was the Romeo/Juliet balcony. Replaced decking boards with Merbau, ready to oil up when the weather is good. Best to allow the tanins in the harwood to bleed out, as it climatises to the conditions. Then wash away any residue, and once the moisture test is done, finish with two coats of good quality decking oil. For best results, re-apply every 12-24 months....
