Because that’s the right thing to do and that’s why every single member in my gym sees results. Training is specific. We are all individuals with individual qualities and needs do 50 if proper training is what I want to give. I have 3 trainers they are a representation of my life’s belief, why? Because it takes someone special to be a trainer. To do things properly every single time with every individual no matter what. Did I mention results?
