09.01.2022 Fans of the liquid extracts will be pleased to see new stocks of Cordyceps and Lions Mane available this weekend!

09.01.2022 Mixed mushroom and cauliflower savoury crumble!! This is an amazing dish - good hot or cold. Fry up a mixed bundle of mushrooms and lightly steam a cauliflower (Mr Organic have some beauties today). Throw in either a tomato or cream sauce & top with your savoury crumble mix of choice. Then scatter cherry tomatoes over the top and whack in the oven. So, so good!!

03.01.2022 Beautiful black garlic - a gift from one of my fabulous regular clients at the Bayswater market. Tonight is day one of experimenting with it. A pasta sauce of Blue Oyster mushrooms, fresh Shiitake, delicate slivers of pickled onions and Black garlic.
