22.01.2022 Living interstate? No Problem! We have strong focus on customer service with systems and processes in place that allows us to take on applicants Australia wide! If you are from interstate considering whether we would be the right fit given we are in Victoria take a look below and see what we were able to achieve for the below interstate customers.... One month total to settle from the time of applying for the loan to settlement! This involved refinancing 2 mortgages across two securities and they used some time to find and purchase their next home. Submission to formal - 2 weeks. Formal approval to settlement - 2 weeks.

19.01.2022 Homeowners stand to lose up to $6775 per year and substantially more over the coming years if they fail to review their mortgages. Research suggests that the average homeowner is paying a variable rate of 4.55 % but some could switch to 2.19% which is one of the lowest rates currently on the market. A big savings. I know many are also worried about how they are going to pay their mortgage with the uncertainty ahead of us so my team and I are working around the clock to loo...k at all lenders polices on 'pressing pause on repayments' etc for those in need . If you need to talk to someone about your mortgage - please book in a time - link below for phone meeting appointment and happy to look at your situation. Our chat over the phone is free and of course no obligation. I deal with over 40 Lenders which allows my customers choice and means we can really look for the right solution for our customers. calendly.com/jbartlett-5 Interesting read below https://www.news.com.au///26fdc782f9062cab75b63061773b53b4

14.01.2022 Is your bank sending you emails about reducing your rates and saving you money? This week we noticed larger discounts with pricing on standard variable rates. We went and priced 40 existing clients and were able to reduce their rates by 0.45% on average. Overall, we were able to save our clients $7,500 per month which is $90,000 just in the first year!... We are here to help if you need. #welovesavingmoney #brokersworkforyou

07.01.2022 Good news, banks now have policies in place that allow you to pause your repayments for a period of time with the potential to extend that past the initial deferment period. They also have additional benefits and options available depending on your situation. Direct message me or call me to find out more. Your #1 broker Josh Bartlett - 0402 235 001

01.01.2022 Ive always loved the 30-20-50 RULE to budgeting and use it a lot with my clients BUT this week, we really need to make sure that we re look at the WANTS - these need to disappear for a while whilst we plan to get through the coming months. Here's 5 Tips we recommend. 1. Call your Mortgage Broker to look at your current Loan Set up and see if you can get a reduction in rate. 2. Eliminate Debt where you can - consolidate credit cards and personal loans 3. STOP After pay for u...nnecessary purchases, it you don't have the money now, don't buy it 4. Now is the time to relook at your utilities and check you are on the best deals 5. Print out your bank statements and look at your transactions for the last 3 months - this can be extremely confronting but we need to be real - which things need to go? Use something like Pocketbook App - this is super useful and will categorise expenses for you and is also great as a budget planner I have been doing mortgage review meetings over the phone all week with my clients. With peoples work situations changing, the RBA slashing Cash rates again yesterday many people want to know what this means for them? Can i refinance? does my bank have a hardship policy? what are some incentives banks are offering at the moment? it certainly is a competitive market. f you would like to chat about your situation and just have some questions, feel free to click straight into my diary via Calendly - Book a Quick 10min Phone Review' and let's see what we can do. Its free and of course no obligation - just happy to point you in the right direction. calendly.com/jbartlett-5
