24.01.2022 A few peaceful waves for your Friday morning. Turned out to be quite the impressive Summer morning on the Gold Coast.

20.01.2022 Purlingbrook Falls, Springbrook, Queensland. I've been spending quite a substantial amount of my time since the beginning of the year producing videos for a number of people. Unfortunately, because I've been so busy I've neglected the photography side of things. A decent overnight storm had my hopes up for a spectacular sunrise through the clouds but, I woke to a very overcast morning. With no chance the sun would peak through, I thought I'd instead take advantage of the heav...y rainfall and grab some shots of the extra water flowing over the falls. Definitely one of my favourite places on the Coast, if you haven't been there, put it on your to do list! The 4km walk to the bottom is simply stunning, a must do! 18.01.2022 It turned out to be the perfect day to grab a few friends, pile into the ute with an esky, footy, and a drone or two! And take a sneaky day trip down to Whites Beach, a very nice, almost secret spot, just a short drive south of Byron Bay. I've been on a little bit of a hiatus from the photography. Couldn't think of a better spot after such a great day to be the inspiration to begin getting back into it on a much more regularly basis.

18.01.2022 It was a pretty big day out with the dog today. Both of us were quietly relaxing watching a movie with an afternoon drink when I was told the sunset looked amazing. Walked outside and threw the drone up for the 2 minutes I had left before the sunset completely disappeared.

17.01.2022 Bexhill NSW. Home of the former Bexhill Brickworks. Where leaching metal from the surrounding rocks turns the water this amazing cobalt colour. The water is considered contaminated but many people ignore the warning signs and swim there despite the danger.

15.01.2022 Trip to Sydney over the weekend and I managed to squeeze the Mavic into my carry on limit. Went to take some photos at Seacliff Bridge and couldnt fly pass these rocks without grabbing a photo, the water just looked too amazing.

14.01.2022 Sneaky little video of our Mt Warning summit adventure that I threw together with some footage I grabbed in between photos. Apologise to those who've been waiting to have a look, had a few issues that had to be worked around. Special shout out to Jesse from CamGear.com.au who took the time lapse at the start and sent it over to me.

14.01.2022 It was a 1am wake up, followed by a decent trek, and even a solid rock climb right at the end! But it was all completely worth it as we rounded that final corner and were met with the sun just peaking over the horizon. I'm glad I was convinced to do the climb, would definitely recommend marking Mt Warning down on the bucket list if you haven't been to the summit. It will not disappoint! I'll be back for sure.

13.01.2022 It's hard to believe a mere 30 minute drive further up the road from this old hay shed nestled in golden farmland, lies Australia's largest ski resort currently blanketed in fluffy white snow.

12.01.2022 A firey shot to end a firey hot day! I took this a couple weeks ago, 'NOTORIOUS' a recreation of a 1480's caravel. I had been chasing the ship for a few weeks prior, missing it at ever turn. Finally found it early one morning and it all turned out to be a rewarding chase. My preference was always to get a shot of it out in the open water, something I would have missed if I had found it earlier, this was one of the only days it wasn't docked.

12.01.2022 This past weekend has been a very solemn one. One of reflection. My family all came together to say goodbye to, and lay to rest my Grandfather. A very hard working, caring man who will be missed. When speaking to my grandmother she told me to make sure I "Live that life of mine" On the way home I stopped in at my birthplace and took this photo of the old railway station in the middle of town. This picture is dedicated to my Grandfather Col Marxsen. 1929 - 2017.

10.01.2022 I am very quickly becoming a fan of rock formations along the ocean coastline. One thing the Gold Coasts great beaches lack is that there is not many of these cliff formations along the coast. I made sure to make the most of them on the recent Sydney trip.

10.01.2022 Red Canyon at Cooloola National Park. Over 700,000 years minerals buried deep below have slowly been staining the sand above to create this amazing red coloured canyon, surrounded by white sandy beach and crystal clear water. Pretty incredible place.

09.01.2022 Little Island paradise in the Middle of Tallebudgera Creek on the Gold Coast. The water here has been so crystal clear lately, summer is looking to be amazing.

07.01.2022 Chasing waterfalls to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.

02.01.2022 4wd adventures, camping, beach all to ourselves. What more is there to ask for? Paradise only a few hours from home!

02.01.2022 I've been heading down the back roads to some of the many hidden gems of the Coast lately and I feel I've neglected my homes heart a little. What better way to celebrate the Gold Coast than to grab a shot of the G: as it travels across our amazing waterways overlooking the marina, the beach and the sun on its journey towards the high rises of Surfers Paradise. It's by far the best way to travel around the heart of the Gold Coast, if you haven't tried it you should definitely check it out! #ridetheg

01.01.2022 So here's a couple shots from the drones point of view shooting Adam Wildman's #SUMMERWILDNESS Video. Such an epic day! Huge thanks to Crystal Blue Yacht Charters for the invite on board their insane 80ft luxury yacht. Thanks to the guys at Jetpack Adventures / 1800jetpack Gold Coast for the show, CamGear.com.au for the GoPro accessories and the team at LKI Brand for not only the sick gear, but for going above and beyond with a whole new level of entertainment! Flying flat st...ick trying to keep up to the guys duo wake surfing behind an 80ft yacht! Definitely the most heart pounding of flights I've ever done. Can't wait for the full #SUMMERWILDNESS Video to be released (early next year) Make sure you checkout all the other guys pages for some sneak peak clips from all their angles and checkout the hashtag on Insta while you're at it. 01.01.2022 Disused Railways are one of my favourite things to photograph. Spent the night rugged up in the back of the ute so I could be here early, plus we managed to check out a secret Beach on the way home that I now have to head back to with fresh batteries. Nothing beats a sneaky little trip away during the week.
