10.01.2022 Whatever happens in the first 15 seconds of the call determines its success Too many calls end up in a death spiral. Unless you know the customer really well, remove 'how are you?'. Make sure you answer 'who's calling, why you're calling and what it has to do with the customer' in the opening 15 seconds of every call.
