22.01.2022 Door knocking story from JUST NOW: I’m currently visiting some friends and an agent just knocked on their door. He introduced himself and said, we’re in the street booking market appraisals, are you interested? My friend said no, the conversation ended and the agent walked away. That’s literally all that happened/was said. ... I’ve gotta give the agent credit, he was being pro-active and getting out there. I love that. But what do you think was wrong with what he said and did? Or didn’t say/do? (I’ll give you my reply in 24 hours - would love to get your thoughts first)

16.01.2022 I've never met a top agent that wasn't good on the phones. Part of being a phenomenal agent, means getting good at phone prospecting. In my coaching tip this week, I explain 3 important parts of that.

13.01.2022 Today I Challenge You To Get 3 Appraisals Yes, I challenge you to book in 3 appraisals/price updates with owners today. It doesn't matter if they're selling in a week or 10 years. Just book 3 appointments to get into a property. It also doesn't matter if you've been through that home previously. The way I see it, if you book 3 appraisals a day x 5 days in the week x 48 weeks in the year, that's getting into 700+ doors a year. What would that mean for your business?... It would give you the capability to establish and maintain more relationships and uncover more leads. But let's not get too far ahead of ourselves. Start with today. Prove to yourself that you can book in 3, then do it again tomorrow, the day after etc. Sit your bum down and make the calls, or get out door knocking. Do whatever you have to do to get these 3 appointments. And don't go home until you achieve it. If your dialogue and passion is there, you should nail it!
