23.01.2022 Good news everyone... I now offer Skype and Telephone counselling services. Sometimes, we may find it challenging to meet with someone face to face, whether it be ongoing commitments which don't give us the time, or we may feel overly anxious about meeting with someone face to face. 22.01.2022 Hi Everyone!! I have returned after having some time off!! It's always good to have a bit of Respite. Having time off allows for your resilience to be built which will allow you to recover quickly from difficulties. My service will assist you to build resilience and recover more efficiently from the difficulties in life you may be experiencing. If you are experiencing difficulties, please come and see me and we will work through difficulties together. Going through situations may be hard and I have been through these myself. You are not alone.

15.01.2022 A favourite saying that I've learned is that counselling is like shopping; essentially you need to look for someone that is going to fit you and satisfy your needs and what you're willing to accomplish and if that particular person isn't right, there are more people to see and to consider in your journey. If for whatever reason you would like to contact me for a session, I provide the first session completely free of charge. This is to ensure that I am the right person for you as to walk with you on your journey.

09.01.2022 One thing that's not openly discussed is our mental health and what it is we are experiencing. Many people believe that instead of dealing with issues or problems and by simply pushing them to the back of our minds, it makes us a stronger person. This is a common occurrence amongst men as it is socially believed that men don't talk about their feelings or open up to discuss their concerns. Everyone needs to understand that it's ok not to be okay. And we as adults need to start believing in this as to pave the way for our younger generations, because they too, sometimes don't feel ok.
