25.01.2022 Are you guys missing the gym as much as I am? Although motivation for training has been tough recently, I would like to say how proud I am of all my hard working clients who have continued to push themselves physically and mentally. I can’t wait to start training again at the amazing @plusfitnessengadine gym and see you all continue to work hard. Maybe I might see some new faces too!

22.01.2022 I love integrating specialised movements into my clients sessions. This specific activity involves a variety of important components that has a range of benefits. It develops balance and requires you to engage your abs to stabilise yourself. Using the throwing and catching extension also helps with hand eye coordination and applies subtle shifts in weight that make it harder to balance. Activities like these are fun and easy to do and are extremely beneficial. I love seeing my clients attack every every challenge I give them and even perform some trick shots too !! Look out for each other in these uncertain times and stay positive. Unfortunately it is known that men struggle with the concept of talking about there problems and have vastly higher suicide rates than women. 18.01.2022 Today’s reminder: never give up ! There are many lessons that can be learnt from following professional athletes as they are the positive role models of the sporting world. They achieve the highest level of sporting achievement and consistently inspire us to be hard workers, determined and proud of the journey not just the achievement. Although, athletes are often viewed as being perfect there is time’s when life challenges us with injuries, tragedies and unsportsmanlike behaviour. This is a perfect example as Vanderlei Cordeiro De Lima didn’t let the incident bother him and instead proved his positivity and devotion to his sport by continuing the race. Without the strength to push yourself you lack the ability to reach new goals and achieve desired fitness outcomes. I aim to motivate and help my clients have the mental strength to push themselves to the best of their ability every single session.

08.01.2022 Resistance bands work your muscles like weights do, your muscles contract to stabilize and control the desired movement. People of any age and fitness level can get an effective workout using resistance bands, as many exercises and stretches can be done from a seated position. Resistance bands can also be added to any weighted exercise. This will make the exercise more challenging as now the band is giving you that extra resistance which will require you to work a lot harder. This is a great way to mix up your training and really help you to achieve your fitness goals.

04.01.2022 Training can come in all forms Last weekend I combined leisure and fitness by climbing Mount Kosciusko. It reminded me that training doesn’t always have to be in a gym and by changing the environment it can make it fun enjoyable and exciting.
01.01.2022 Jesus take the wheel set inspired by coacheugeneteo This set is designed to shock the working muscles and push the body to its limit. As coacheugeneteo described its a skill that requires consistent practice and isn't something that should be done every session. Training to failure shows the bodies limits and ensure strength and muscle gain in the gym.
