05.01.2022 Is it any wonder that the modern man has to become so lost in order to truly find himself? With all the privileges we grow up with in the western world, there is one fundamental thing boys growing into men are missing. Culturally we lack ritual, ceremony and even beliefs that surround a "right of passage" to manhood. Such events that test a boy and encourage him to connect to the inner source of his power; develop his intuition; align him with his purpose and build unwavering... certainty to achieve it no matter what he is faced with. From a young age we are encouraged to believe in Santa. Then of course we are told that it was all made up and it's not true. For the boy growing up in modern society that there seems to mark the end of our connection to anything outside of our physical reality. From that point on we set off in the pursuit of possessions and achievement. Wearing "hard work" like a badge of honour. Until.... Well some of those goals and achievements just don't fill the hole anymore. And so then we are left with a choice, as we always are...
