22.01.2022 If so I’d love to know what you are doing Working as a health coach people might assume I am in perfect health but I am not. I have to work at my health and anyone that can put their hand up to my question probably does too.... Sometimes... I still suffer from PMS and sugar cravings I still get to bed too late I still get cranky at my kids I still feel tired I still have coffee and champagne (not together ) It’s not ALL the time but I work on my health MOST of time.
