15.01.2022 75 hard- For me this challenge wasn’t about losing weight, although I’ve enjoyed the results that I’ve gained from doing it I started this challenge to build rountine, self-confidence, self-discipline and consistency. This challenge has taught me, if I put my mind on something, I can achieve it. I have the confidence to make better choices and the self discipline to make them a part of my lifestyle. ... In the last 75 days, I’ve read 3 books, drunk roughly 285L of water, done 150 workouts, taken 75 progress photos, stuck to a diet and had no junk food or alcohol. Some days were a little harder than others but I enjoyed every bit of it. Sometimes it took me all day to get through my water, sometimes I had no motivation to workout, sometimes, reading my book felt like a chore and I was craving certain foods and alcohol so much that I started to dream about it haha.
