21.01.2022 Joy of Singing Winter Camp is a week of winter singing that will warm you from the inside out. Come and sing in picturesque Bellingen, surrounded by forested mountains and lush farmland with the beautiful Bellinger River meandering through the town. Immerse yourself in the harmonies and soak up the beauty in this idyllic location. Singing together is one of our most ancient traditions, and when we sing in harmony with others we connect in a way that nourishes us deeply. It ca...n be funny, moving and profound; sometimes all at the same time! In this 5 day workshop you will experience the joy of singing in harmony and the unity of singing with others. This is a course for everyone. No experience or reading music required, just a willingness to sing, share, learn and have some fun Brian and Imogen are highly skilled conductors and voice coaches who have been helping people to sing in beautiful harmony more years than they care to count! This course provides an opportunity for you to experience their expertise and develop your singing skills in a nurturing and stimulating environment. 06.01.2022 This morning I am feeling the impact of this pandemic, and loss of our yearly dose of Winter Camp. COVID-19 has of course impacted many people in much bigger ways but the loss of our ability to gather in our cherished singing communities is a real and difficult impact that I know I'm not alone in feeling. Right now we would be gathered in Bellingen, already singing together. We would have joyfully greeted old friends with many hugs (remember those?) and welcomed new ones, embarking on 5 days of sharing our voices and our hearts. I love you guys. I miss you. We will sing again! Imogen
