11.01.2022 I’ve been down some hard roads and survived some tough times. There’s been days when I didn’t think I could keep going and nights when I couldn’t stop crying. L...ooking back now, I realize that everything had to happen the way it did to make me into the person I am now. I’m not saying it was easy or I would ever want to go back and live it all over again, because I don’t cherish those memories whatsoever. What I do celebrate, though, is the strong and amazing person I’ve become. It took a long time and a lot of struggle, but eventually, I found my way and discovered my strength. I had never really loved the person I was until I became the person I was meant to be.. And that made all the difference. Appreciating who I am, loving myself and understanding the path that I’m on is something that I had to learn through time and experience. Truthfully, those were some of the hardest life experiences that I’ve ever known, but to forge the strongest steel, you’ve got to submerge yourself in the hottest fire.. And that’s what my life has been- the flames of failure followed by the learning the lessons...and evolving. It’s made me who I am and I’d never change a thing about the harsh road I’ve been forced to travel. I still have days where everything all goes wrong and times when I can’t get it right, but that’s okay.. That’s just part of life- I can choose to focus on what’s wrong or I can appreciate what’s right about my life.. And I choose happiness, every time. I’ve gone down a hard road with a lot of twists and turns, but everything I endured prepared me to become the person I am today.. And I wouldn’t change a thing about where I’ve been. Yeah, I’m a gorgeous mess and even beautifully broken, But all those little cracks in my soul that were forged by hardship? 06.01.2022 What an amazing change. Three years ago I was loosing my hair, in large patches all over. I went through a heart breaking time trying to figure out why.... Everything in my life was great, no stress and happy at the time. ... Through lot's of research, deep inner work and specialist appointments I came to the conclusion that years of stress from past experiences and using chemicals on my hair and through working with chemicals as a hairdresser and beauty therapist in my car...eer 30 years prior, I had a build up of toxic chemicals in my body that needed to detox the hell out! ...
