12.01.2022 INSTAGRAM FEED There is a bit of a debate around the importance of your instagram feed, some feel it isn't important, I however am not one of them and will explain why. It's correct when it's argued that most people will only view your content on their home page, BUT, they have to be following you for it to appear in there. What's the first thing you do when you see a sponsored ad or a post that you resonate with... you go to their profile and check out the feed! Therefore, the feed is important and it matters. It allows you to display your brand, your offerings and your uniqueness to ultimate reveal your key messages.

11.01.2022 COVID-19 has undoubtedly changed the world in a number of ways. Having a home business was once accompanied by a perception of weak credibility and lack of professionalism... Then along came lockdowns and office shutdowns. The world began working from home and the gap that once existed began closing. Are you still working from home due to the pandemic? Not only does scheduling save your sanity, but it also provides you the opportunity to post at... the optimal times, streamline your social media, and keep your strategy on track. It's often forgotten that some people are entering this season missing a loved one or with battles of their own. Remember to take time out however that looks for you, breathe, and embrace yourself amongst the chaos.

09.01.2022 Did you know using hashtags correctly on Instagram can increase your engagement by up to 75% Do: Use hashtags to assist in reaching your target audience Ensure the hashtags you use are relevant to your message and business... Track the success of the hashtags using insights (contact me if you want to learn how) Set up keyboard shortcuts in your phone settings to make using hashtags easier Change them up across your posts to prevent Instagram marking your account as spam Don’t: Use hashtags on Facebook, Facebook doesn’t like them and it won’t better your posts Use excessive amounts of hashtags, whilst you’re allowed to use up to 30 theres every chance using that many will lose track of relevance. Somewhere around 11 hashtags are ideal for most. Forget to check that they make sense. You are combining words and certain hashtags can be read differently.

Liking and reacting to posts allows them to be seen in your friends news feeds giving the business or brand a wider audience. Commenting on posts does the exact same as liking, whilst also offering feedback and insight to the business or brand.... Sharing increases the business or brands exposure. Saving posts helps the business or brands account rank higher with the algorithms and gives them a higher chance of being displayed on the explore pages. By doing one of these things you're helping a business or brand grow
