17.01.2022 Sarah Cox is a life coach and writer of 12 Secrets of Happy People How can you Stay Calm and Happy when the world around us is seemingly falling apart? With ...the most popular topics being climate change, fires, drought, smoke, government, politicians no wonder there is a general mood of fear, negativity, anxiety, depression and lowering of hope. Whilst we are in a crisis what are the positives we can seek and how can we create a feeling of well being and happiness? Without putting our heads in the sand what can we do to elevate our consciousness and not be affected by the energy of negativity, remorse, blame, criticism and malaise? Suggestions 1. Practise staying present in every moment with who you are with and what you are doing. Respond immediately to what needs to be done now. 2. Look at climate change as an opportunity for unification of nations and people coming together. It is a universal issue and affects everyone of us. How can we form together and create positive change individually and as a whole? Instead of dogma, opinions, and listening to constant misinformation how can we look for ways to improve ourselves and our environment around us and join with the world to make political changes. 3. Clean up your own backyard before casting judgement and recognise there are positive actions being taken around the world and in our communities. Encourage these actions and become a part of this conscious doing. Check your own habits, recycling, use of water, use of plastics, what you are buying, what chemicals are you using, how are you sharing. How can you give your skills to help and support the world to be a better living environment for the connection of humans and nature? 4. Check the scientific and quantum physical facts. Read and study reliable sources for information. Be proactive and looking at specifics. Use critical thinking when deciding on what is actually going on. Confirmation basis only cements conditional thinking. Making assumptions or accusations or believing whatever the media says leads to lacking understanding and creates more drama. 5. Refrain from continually watching the news. The news has been proven to lower serotonin ( happy hormone) and oxytocin ( love hormone) It increases anxiety and depression. We don’t need to know the news as regularly as it is broadcasted. It is not helpful. 6. Do anything which supports your wellbeing, exercise, yoga, meditation and eating and drinking well. Refrain from alcohol and substance until you feel consistently relaxed and calm. Both will exacerbate feelings of fear, tension, anxiety and depression. Look for ways of attaining sustainable joy rather than momentary pleasure. 7. Smile, it is the unerversual language of happiness. It will relax you and those around you and stimulate serotonin. www.sarahcoxcoaching.com.au

06.01.2022 Lost connections. The 2 subjects which are being most talked about lately are fires and global warming or climate change. With this in mind how can we remain ho...peful and stay in a positive mindset without putting a bandaid on what’s going on or make light of the crisis or deny it? This is a big question. I invite you to ponder on what you feel and think could be ways of approaching what is happening now to help cope with the fear for the future and remorse of the past? # climate change #global warming #Greta Thunberg #Healing #fires www.sarahcoxcoaching.com.au

02.01.2022 How can we change our dynamics? In a world of uncertainty, climatic change and reduction of fundamental resources such as even water and clean air. What can ...we do to stay balanced and remain hopeful. Fear has a ripple effect and can contaminate others with negative energy where we can feel anxious and loose hope for our future. When we are feeling fear and acting in fear we are coming from the lowest vibrational force. Yes the world is definitely in crisis. How can we stay balanced, feel a sense of calm and make a real difference? 1. Be present and respond immediately. Stay in the presence and engage and most importantly respond in the moment. What ever you see or hear that you don’t like, act in a positive way to better the situation. Positive response in the moment makes immediate change. 2. Action speaks louder than words. Opinions and misinformation is flying about everywhere. Find the facts and take conscious action where you can, even in your own little world. It will give you power. Inaction is powerless. 3. Do a kind act every day even if no one knows about it. The vibration of love, humility and kindness has the greatest force and paves the way for connectedness and universal change. 4. Show gratitude. Not only showing gratitude for your own life, fill others with appreciation and gratitude. Little acts of gratitude to bigger acts of gratitude all count. These Firefighters are working around the clock. Show our appreciation and gratitude and support. We can not assume they feel appreciated. They are dog tired and continue to work in the scorching heat and ferocious wind. 5. Tap into universal love. Fear separates and divides. The emotion which brings us together and connects us is universal love. When the world is in crisis what it needs is unification where man and nature converge. Nations can work together as a whole. Instead of blame and criticism, ask how can we gather and come together as one and make a difference. How can we assimilate and love thy neighbour, fellow man and countries, not discriminate or ostracise or judge nor stay in our self-centred or selfish point of view. Start on a micro level and work out from there. 6. Awareness on awareness. This is key to understanding and creating conscious change. Elevate above your own awareness by creating space, mentally and physically in mind, body and spirit to allow the unlimited to flow. When we are stuck in conditioned beliefs whether it is personal, social, environmental, political, economically we do not allow for the super national and unlimited to occur. Thinking the same, doing the same and being the same creates the same. Dig deep beneath conscious thought and unlock the unconscious. Then on top of that change the unconscious programme. 7. Energy flows where attention goes. Magic and miracles only happen when energy is unblocked and something higher than ourselves can emerge. Nature is a great example of this, it heals and regenerates when left to have the space to do so without interference. If we listened to the natural laws of nature and abided by these laws our world would be sustainable. Placing our energy behind what needs to change will create the hope. www.sarahcoxcoaching.com.au
