21.01.2022 Everyone deserves a second chance. We've all been hurt by someone in our life Whether you tell them this or not is your choice. Whether they show you change or not is their choice. Let's all be mindful of our actions and words in each moment. What would you feeling if you were so connected with someone? You'd likely feel their pain at some point as if you were really connected you would be hurting yourself as you may have hurt them. Just as we feel as mothers connect to their children. We feel intuitively what's going on with them. Connections are felt.

03.01.2022 Affirmation of the day " I am intune with my body's needs!" Be mindful of what is ok and what is not ok. I was once super fit, ok young and acceptably fit! .I also was once very obsessed with being fit and being a super spiritual mum. I realised that my obsessions were taking me away from balancing my life. I found all I thought about was the outside of me. This was after and during relationship problems.I realised one day that my life had become all about me. I paused an...d took time out for me as it soon became apparent. Disorders as in eating disorders often stem from emotional hurts as excessive physical exercise obsessions may do.( I am giving my insight and this can be debated ) I was being emotionally selfish. I was in denial that I was doing too much. I awoke one-day and stopped the compulsive exercise mindset. I realised this is as bad as having any other disorder that takes over. I remember being very sad at that time and this was a way to cheer myself up but in fact it was an illusion. I am not that person any more and instill balance in my life. Some choices haven't be good but they've been right for me in order to learn about my true self I may not have all manifestations of anticipated dreams in the physical, but I know they are out there onthe way! .
