24.01.2022 I was at Chisholm Shops this afternoon. I heard from many locals and the view is NO DRIVE THROUGH at Chisholm shops. Petition to say NO closed tomorrow at 6pm. So if you want to have your say jump on line to link below. Or I’ll be back at Chisholm shops tomorrow at 3pm. https://epetitions.act.gov.au/CurrentEPetition.aspx
23.01.2022 Community organisations can now apply for a grant from the ACT Government’s Technology Upgrade Fund, to upgrade IT equipment and improve digital access and literacy across Canberra. The grants program was co-designed in consultation with the community to ensure it has a positive impact and promotes equitable digital access across the ACT. The program aligns with the ACT Government’s Digital Strategy, to meet the needs of Canberrans most at risk of digital exclusion. This inc...ludes older Canberrans, and people with disability accessibility requirements, including mobility restraints, by providing access through registered community organisations in the ACT. Grant applications close at 5pm on Friday 30 April 2021. To apply, visit https://www.communityservices.act.gov.au/home/grants. Applicants can request assistance from the Funding Support Team by emailing [email protected].
21.01.2022 I’ll be at my regular Chisholm Mobile office tomorrow 9-10 and again from 3.30. Drop by and say hello, raise any ideas or issues you have and if you can sign the petition that shows @Ganellen that you do not want a drive through fast food built on the site of Chisholm Family Tavern.

17.01.2022 A big shout out to ACT Emergency Services Agency and the SES for stepping up again for our community. First responders are just some of our local heros. https://www.canberratimes.com.au//ses-called-in-to-do-qua/

15.01.2022 As the sun sets in the west. The 3yr old grandchild discovers someone with the same energy he has.

08.01.2022 This morning Diesel has asked me to send a little reminder out to not keep pets or children in cars. It’s going to be another hot day and remainder of the week. For other tips on how to keep pets safe during the hotter times, check out https://www.act.gov.au///protecting-your-pet-from-the-heat
08.01.2022 As the hectic days of Christmas settle there remains two questions(from the adult children) that I don’t know the answer too. A) Why do we give treats that look like lollies to dogs and b) how can I use this many tea towels in two days.
05.01.2022 Good to see plans out for discussion. https://www.canberratimes.com.au//designs-for-canberras-n/
04.01.2022 Two years on I have to say I’m still enjoying my handy work.
02.01.2022 As families come together - even our four legged families like being together after long breaks. Diesel and his ‘brother’ enjoying an afternoon nap.
01.01.2022 We have been here before I know. Myself and others heard that you were not in favour of a drive through fast food outlet in the Chisholm shops. If that’s your view follow the link and let us know. Local residents have told me they don’t want a empty building. Let us and Ganellen hear your voice if an alternative to a drive through is the best option. As always I’m your voice in the Assembly. I’ll be at Chisholm shops this Friday for my regular mobile office. Drop by and say hello. https://epetitions.act.gov.au/CurrentEPetition.aspx
01.01.2022 Agree - a rare moment where we come together for a common cause and to speak for our community. We are your voice. We are here for you.
