21.01.2022 The TM6 fermentation mode is a winner! THE best yoghurt I have ever made. Completely fail proof and the texture is divine. This mode keeps your yoghurt at a steady 70 degrees to ensure it thickens to just the right consistency. Think the most delicious Greek yoghurt you’ve ever had and you’re almost there. 11/10 from me

Using crystallized honey to creamed honey (best results) 100-150 crystallized to 100-150g raw homey 1min/speed 4 (need equal parts raw to crystallized) Reserve some creamed honey to make another batch with equal parts raw honey added Making creamed honey from scratch Honey Starter 300 g raw honey 10min/speed 4, transfer into a bowl and set aside over night to cool Creamed honey Add equal parts of the honey starter to equal parts raw and whip 1min/speed 4, to get the better result. Every honey will have a different outcome, we found that all crystallized honey had the best results.
