16.01.2022 We know you have been waiting for this so long! Here you go! Our Lunar New Year range, Palmiers. This is one of the classic of French pastry but it is also the pastry I grew up with! ... Back then we only had few selections of the pastry in the Hong Kong cafes ( , Palmier is one of my favorite pastry! I love it is flaky, buttery and has the caramelized sugar stick on it, the fun part is we called Palmier as "butterfly pastry" because of how it looks! This time, we have created our Plamier version, starting from the inverse puff pastry made with local sourced cultured butter, repeatedly rolling and folding to create more than 500 flaky layers! Except of the classic original Plamier, we have also created the other three flavors including Sea salt bittersweet chocolate, and two crossover with Asian flavors: Sesame and salted egg yolk.
