20.01.2022 Mac: CTRL-F2 for the menu bar. CTRL-F5 for the 'toolbar' of the current window. Type letters to move to a menu eg 'win' for window menu. Mac: press TAB to move around in a dialog box, ENTER to accept choices. It takes some getting used to but it's so much quicker than reaching for the mouse, especially when using a trackpad on a laptop.

19.01.2022 The #1 thing which can make your life easier? Start using keyboard shortcuts. Every menu & window is totally accessible from the keyboard. Access Windows menus: ALT + the underlined letter, eg ALT-F to open the file menu. ALT-F4 almost always closes the current program. Windows: Move around a dialog box: TAB key. Press space bar to activate the highlighted control, press ENTER to "click ok" on the window.

10.01.2022 Microsoft has just released Service Pack 1 for Windows 7. If you are not receiving your Windows Updates automatically I recommend waiting a few days before updating, just in case people find issues.
