20.01.2022 Today marks two years since the passing our dear Dad Garry. He was a kind, caring, supportive father who was always there for us and his community. We are proud to carry on his legacy by continuing to operate JP Cooper & Son and support the Tenterfield community.... Dad was so thrilled with the support received for our family business and in particular the support received through this Facebook page. We think of him every day and we miss him very much.

13.01.2022 The private funeral of the late Patrick James Gillespie was conducted yesterday at the Tenterfield Lawn Cemetery. Due to the current social distancing restrictions that are in place, a lot of people were not given the opportunity to farewell Pat in the way that they would have preferred. In conjunction with his family, here is a small tribute to Pat.

10.01.2022 Today is the birthday of our great grand father and namesake of our business, J P Cooper. We thought we'd share a photo of this wonderful, hardworking man. His name was John Payne but everyone knew him as JP. He was born in 1887 and passed away in 1972 aged 85 years old. He worked with his father Henry who commenced the funeral business in 1915 and Henry decided to name the business after JP. We are very proud to continue the legacy of the Coopers before us - Henry, JP, Mi...ck and Garry. Happy birthday JP
