20.01.2022 A FIRE WAITING TO HAPPEN! We visited a property this afternoon after a client reported their oven was tripping the circuit breaker on and off. We pulled back the oven to find the cable arcing behind the stove just where it was coming up through the floorboards. This could of been happening all day for weeks! The suspected culprits are Needless to say they’re very lucky there wasn’t a fire.... This is a classic example of why an up to date switchboard is so important!
